Our Pledge To Our Students

Help Us Be The Best Club Possible

We've trained at various clubs over the years – some great, some McDojo and some on the spectrum in between. We aim to be one of the great ones, but being human, there will be times where we could be better. This pledge is our commitment to you. If you don't feel that we're fulfilling our pledge, please use the anonymous feedback tool in the members area to tell us and we'll take action.

We Pledge:

• To foster a safe, fun community for our students and parents – a second family
• To always continue our personal development, growing into better instructors and adding to the lessons we can teach
• To give our Black Belts, Assistant Instructors and Instructors a clear progression path in the club and for their own future classes
• To work towards opening a dedicated centre for Martial Arts in North Dorset
• To treat all students equally and to give them equal opportunities
• To deliver uniforms and merchandise in a timely manner (target 1 week)
• To always be on top of our admin
• To achieve and maintain the Sports England Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts
• To give regular personal feedback and objectives for every student
• To communicate effectively with parents and students
• To teach the "current way" as well as our heritage
• To be positive role models inside and outside of the club
